GUEST ACCESS & PRIVACY
BRAHMA is located inside the exclusive 11:11 Bali Retreats compound, with only five private villas behind the distinctive 11:11 Blue Door.

You will have full private access to the loft apartment, kitchen, bedroom, balconies, and designated lounge areas. Upon check-in, you'll receive keys to the main entrance gate and your private unit.

Important privacy note: Villa GAIA is located downstairs, and a partial view of its private swimming pool is visible from BRAHMA. To respect the privacy of guests staying there, please do not look down into or overlook the pool area from the upper floor. Thank you for your understanding.

GUEST COMMUNICATION & CHECK-IN
Before your arrival, our team will create a dedicated WhatsApp chat to coordinate check-in and assist you during your stay. Please download WhatsApp and register your phone number before arriving, as it is our primary communication channel for guest services and arrangements.

Our team is available to answer questions, assist with requests, and help make your stay comfortable while respecting your privacy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING
BRAHMA is a characterful Balinese home built over 20 years ago and renovated in 2020, with care taken to preserve its traditional open-air design.

High ceilings, wide windows, and an open floor plan encourage natural ventilation but differ from fully enclosed, insulated modern buildings. As a result, the air conditioning works differently from centralized systems in contemporary homes.

The bedroom air conditioner works best when all bedroom windows and doors are closed. It is designed primarily to cool the upstairs bedroom, not the entire apartment.

During the day, we recommend using the ceiling and portable fans to enjoy natural airflow throughout the living areas. In the early evening, close doors and windows to help keep mosquitoes out.

Please consider these features if you prefer a fully enclosed home with consistent air conditioning throughout every room.

TROPICAL WILDLIFE NOTICE
BRAHMA is surrounded by Bali's natural greenery, where occasional encounters with wildlife are possible.

Snakes: Rare but possible. Contact our team immediately if you spot one; do not approach it.
Geckos and lizards: Common in Bali and generally harmless.
Stray dogs and cats: Avoid touching or feeding unfamiliar animals, as rabies remains a risk.
Birds and other small wildlife: May occasionally visit the surrounding greenery.
Our team maintains the property and can assist with wildlife concerns, but a tropical environment cannot be guaranteed completely free of insects or animals.

MONTHLY-STAY INFORMATION
For monthly reservations, please note the following arrangements:

Initial supplies: Drinking water, toilet paper, and cooking gas are provided upon arrival. Replacements are at the guest's expense once the initial supply is used. Our team can purchase additional supplies upon request.
Housekeeping: Provided three times per week, with the schedule arranged after check-in.
Linens and towels: Changed once a week during scheduled housekeeping.
Daily rubbish collection: Please leave rubbish outside the villa in the morning for collection.
Bathroom care: Please refer to the bathroom note regarding sarong use. Sarongs dry quickly in Bali's tropical climate and can help reduce unnecessary washing.
