My husband and I had a great stay with our 10 year old daughter, the plunge pool is such a nice touch to the villa! Ladera was able to accommodate our request for an extra bed, and it fit fine in the room. The area is fantastic- Jl. Bisma is a quiet street very close to the main Ubud center and the monkey forest all an easy 10min walk. Há restaurantes bons próximos, caixa eletrônico em frente ao hotel, mercado também perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pedi um peixe no serviço de quarto, quase intragável. Melhor sair e comer fora. Bom hotel, preço razoável, ótima localização. O quarto não é completamente fechado, há uma abertura entre a parede e o teto, por isso há mosquitos. Staff were lovely and did the best they could. Was hard to communicate what I needed as english wasn't great. Tried to explain that I was leaving early took a couple of days and 2 different staff members to get message across. The room looked beautiful but on closer inspection was dirt on my bed like an animal had been on it. A cochroach ran across my pillow one night and mossies very bad because of small pool, also roof not enclosed so animals screeching woke me in the night. Mysig villa nära stadens centrum, marknaden, monkey forest och restauranger. Badrummet har en öppen del ut mot naturen vilket är väldigt mysigt. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal.
