Pleasant stay
The hotel is stunning, it looks great, feels brand new & we were really impressed when we arrived. The pool area is 10/10 and the location is a little out of central Ubud but taxis to and from are very cheap. We were a little confused when we arrived as there was no restaurant area, yet the hotel was not self catering either. If we ordered food it took ages to come and we often had to ask numerous times. There was also no real service around the hotel or pool area, we were told to get drinks from the mini bar in our rooms, had to make our own coffees and checkout was also very slow with no checkout staff present early morning. We stayed in the Ubud room, the room was nice but we found it very small for 2 people and our luggage. Overall we really loved the hotel, we just think there could definitely be improvements when it comes to service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are very nice but not very clean, pool was not appealing, breakfast was really good.

Restaurant Nori is absoluut het lekkerste restaurant in Ubud. Fantastisch eten. De villa met 2 slaapkamers is erg stijlvol ingericht. Uitzicht op de mooie natuur. Enige nadeel, het gezamenlijke zwembad ligt volledig uit de zon.
