Gostei muito do atendimento, localização também é ótima. A estrutura do quarto também são bons, porém os móveis antigos, toalhas do quarto muito gastas. Mas no geral, gostei muito.

Deve ter sido um Apart de alta qualidade, amplo espaçoso e muito bem localizado, hoje encontra-se em péssimo estado de conservação, no apartamento que fiquei, o 302 as paredes mofadas e sujas, toalhas sem condições de uso, rasgando-se por qualquer atrito, chuveiro e aquecedor bons, porem o box fica cheio de água por conta do nível do piso. Café da manhã razoável. Frigobar desabastecido, pessoal de serviço é o ponto fora da curva, sempre solícitos e prestativos.

A água do chuveiro não esquentava à noite (só de manhã); o telefone não funcionava (para falar na recepção precisava descer até lá); eles informaram que havia produtos no frigobar (bebidas, cookies, chocolate, etc), mas o mesmo estava desligado e não tinha nada para comer (para beber, só na recepção); não tinha cobertor no quarto; opções de comida do menu estavam em falta.

I don’t like to bash properties but this place takes the cake. The smell in the room was rotten. Once I turned on the lights I saw ants all over the wall. There must have been 100 of them. The refrigerator was supposed to have drinks, instead it was open, unplugged, empty, and smell like it was broken a for years. Everything looked old. The bed sink in the middle when we laid down and it also didn’t smell fresh. The water took 20 minutes to heat up, and even then it was barely warm. No soap, no shampoo, just some backs on the kitchen counter, the one with all of the ants. This was crazy. I stayed because I can sleep anywhere but I left in a hurry the next day. It’s too bad because from outside it looks good. The garden is nice, also the pool. Even the breakfast was decent. They need to close, guy the place, and rebuild. On a side note, front desk staff was professional and friendly. I feel bad for them.

Muito bom

Estou bastante satisfeita, fui muito bem atendida, o quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável. Porém pelo fato de ser um lugar muito antigo, algumas coisa se precisariam de manutenção...como o ar-condicionado por exemplo, que poderia ser desses novos rs, são mais silenciosos e gelam mais. Mas tudo funcionava perfeitamente e não tenho do que reclamar.

Eu e minha família gostamos de uma forma geral. Apesar de ser uma instalação antiga, o local em sim é muito bom, permite um bom conforto, além do que, o atendimento dos funcionários e o café da manhã também foi um ponto de qualidade excepcional . Sugestão de melhoria está em renovar as roupas de banho que fisicamente se mostram antigas e substituir o ar condicionado e ventiladores por ar condicionado do tipo springer, o que permitiria economia para o hotel e mais silêncio para o apartamento.

A fachada aparenta ser bonita, mas o predio eh antigo e falta manutencao, poderia ser muito melhor pois possui boa estrutura. O chuveiro quase nao saia agua, as paredes do banheiro sao encardidas, enfim toda instalacao interna esta mal. Resumindo parece aquela empresa de hotel que faliu e nao possuem recursos para manutencao.

Decadência

Precisa de uma reforma geral nos quartos. Tanto no mobiliário, quanto na construção. Havia mofo, piso soltando, toalhas velhas, barulho da rua, cortinas que passavam claridade, ar condicionado e ventilador barulhentos, etc. Ao menos os funcionários são corteses. Café da manhã até que bom.

No geral, café da manhã, funcionários, área comum, show de bola, sobre as acomodações, são antigas, minha única queixa é o ar condicionado, não é split, e muito barulhento. Já tive a oportunidade de ficar mais de uma vez no hotel, e são todos iguais. Um ponto positivo é a ducha do banheiro!!
