The apartment features a private bedroom with a double bed, and in the living area, two joined sofa beds provide extra sleeping space without sacrificing comfort or flow. It\`s a great setup for those who want privacy while still sharing the experience. The apartment is private, but shares access to a clean, modern bathroom just a few steps away. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel), a hairdryer, and is maintained daily for your convenience. Inside, you\`ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: air conditioning and heating, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and essential utensils. A dining area and flat-screen TV make it easy to enjoy meals or unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t be better. Extra guest after check-in 60€/day. The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros. No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros. The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
