"Leaky refrigerator, water was not very hot in the shower. Overpriced breakfast, so I declined. Restaurant attached to the hotel was meh and also overpriced. Parking was extremely inconvenient, so much so that I got lost and ended up in a minor traffic collision due to gridlock. Explanation for directions to the garage were unhelpful. Had to go downstairs to go up the elevator which makes no sense to me. General rating, 2 star because at least the bed was made well and there were good soaps and shampoo in the shower. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Wow!!! We went up for only one night to explore some of Seattle and the room was one of the best parts.. full kitchen.. with all the utensils, dishes, sink had filtered water, fridge, stove, dishwasher. So clean and beautiful. We utilized the gym which was awesome, free breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"I’m a disabled customer and this hotel was extremely helpful, courteous and made my stay less stressful. They were accommodating and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Lauren was a phenomenal waitress! The staff was so great… until I checked out and the bell guy was not very helpful trying to help me find a taxi accessible for wheelchair to get to the airport. He just let me and my sister sit there stressed we were going to miss our flight and offered not a lot of help as we called everyone in town. Didn’t help with the door or luggage as we left. Other than that, everything is a walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again."
