U.S. Postal Museum

Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.

It was just for a budget 2 night stay at first, but the hotel was surprisingly good. I guess partly because it has an industrial/ contemporary style design, everything is so easy to clean and so it’s clean! They have a gated parking for guests which is only assessable with room key cards, it gives a sense of safety that my car is secured while parking on site. The breakfast was okay, but the cappuccino was meh… staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is it’s about 20mins walk from where all the sightseeing stuffs in downtown Detroit are, and it’s 33 degree Celsius out there I rather take an uber (it’s just about $10 one way anyway)
