In the hamlet Flygansvær 8 km from the centre of Bruntveit, 44 km from the centre of Leirvik, 67 km from the centre of Bergen, on a slope, 250 m from the fijord, in a cul-de-sac. Fish-processing table. Private: natural state property with meadow. Bathing jetty, fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 20 km, bus stop "Flygansvær Snuplass" 200 m, ferry "Bergen" 67 km. Fishing possibilities 1.5 km. Please note: private mooring. Animals in the neighbourhood. Covered table for fish gutting with running water available.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: open alcove with 1 bed (70 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra).
