Private: natural state property, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Rowing boat. Motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop "Malkenesvegen" 1.5 km, railway station "Bergen" 60 km, ferry "Våge" 12 km, sandy beach "Apalvika, Lundavegen" 3 km.
