Private: property. Fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 27 km, bus stop "Bruntveit" 750 m, ferry "Bergen" 73 km, sandy beach 1 km, lake Storevatnet 1 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Table for fish gutting with running water available.  
"Gule huset", 7-room house 275 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2004, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV and DVD. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 3 bunk beds. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: living room with satellite TV and DVD.
