It is well equipped with towels, sheets etc. and the kitchen has all the necessities. There is a grocery store a mile or so away and a convenience store around the corner. The beach is stunning with the pavillion and pier for fishing (poles can be rented hourly or by the day). The only thing I would ding the property on is not having beach chairs. Has 2 parking spots and is a stones throw from the 16th Ave pier and South Beach , plus a bunch of bars and shops. Things to know they don't supply beach towels or chairs. Unlike most VRBO's I have experienced the unit is not stocked with anything . They make you clean out ALL cabinets , which was fine for us but if you plan to cook you will have to buy everything. Not a complaint , but a good thing to know. Only negative is that the beds were not the most comfortable , but the couches are great and the AC works great, which is key considering how hot Tybee is in July. Check in was 123 ##### Rudy V.
