The layout of the bathrooms was unique, but not difficult to navigate. The house seemed newly renovated. The coffee bar was great to have for our group. King beds were extremely comfortable, and had plenty of space to spread out. The deck on the front porch was terrific. The backyard was fenced in, but we didn't spend any time out there. Would 100% recommend staying here. Walking distance to beach and short drive to main attractions and restaurants. The house was very clean and property management was responsive. Only suggestion to add is providing a little more garbage bags and every day items like dishwasher. The house fits 18 people and those items are gone through quickly. When flying it’s hard to bring those items and costly to then supply it without being able to take it home if we had to buy more. Pink Pearl by the Sea was great for my party of 18\. We had several couples so the kings size beds worked out great. It would have been nice to have a couple more rooms that had two single beds, but we made it work. The house is beautifully decorated, with unique paintings and art work. The kitchen was a bit small for our large group, as there is no where to put your dry goods or groceries, but it was nice to have an updated kitchen. The living room was the bes as it had the 3 of the biggest couches . My family love to sit outside and there was adequate seating for all.. it would have been nice to have some protection from Georgia mosquitos,and sun.
