Separate living spaces for some privacy when needed but both were big enough to accommodate both families. Beach was easy to access from 3 blocks away and the restaurants around us were great. The location is excellent; the screened-in porch was perfect. Negatives: some rugs, curtains, woodwork and pillows were dirty; the dryer in the main house didn't dry the clothes; some windows didn't open; kitchen supplies were scant. ##### melinda r. Later in the week we had no water and the manager found out for us that there was an issue with the city water. Other than the pipes we had a great stay. There was plenty of hot water and we found most of our cooking needs were met. I would stay again if we were to make a trip that way again. ##### Angela T.
