Wake up to views of the ocean and beach. This home has three levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 guests. It features private access to the beach, a private heated pool, 2 balconies, full size kitchen, game room, and even an elevator! Our goal is to make sure you have a golden stay at Sunset Bay. Entire House, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Sleeps 12, Private Beach Access The name of the property speaks for itself. Sunset Bay is THE place to stay. Sunset Bay is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for family-friendly beach vacations as well as for bachelor and bachelorette weekend getaways. Sunset Bay is located on the north end of Tybee Island in a private community where you can relax and enjoy your vacation needs. With private access to the beach, you can step outside and walk down our private boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Some activities you can do while staying at this property include, walking the beach, enjoying the water, searching for seashells, watching cargo ships pass through the shipping channel, spotting dolphins in the water, and stargazing throughout the night. This newly remodeled property comes with four outstanding bedrooms, four custom tile bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, entertaining game room, relaxing living room space, and two large decks overlooking the spectacular views of the water and sunsets. As soon as you enter the property, you will see our new game room, which includes a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, board games, and a large smart flat screen tv where you can watch television while participating in the games. Our property also includes an elevator if assistance is needed to go up the stairs to the remaining floors. The second floor of Sunset Bay is the main common area, where two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining room are located. The first bedroom consists of one king bed with a smart tv and two closets. The first bathroom is a custom bathroom located right next to the laundry room. This bathroom consists of a custom tiled walk-in shower with quartz countertop on the vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart tv, walk in closet, and a bunk bed bundle. The lower half of the bunk bed is a full-sized bed and the top bunk is a twin-sized bed. This room also has its own private patio with seating around a firepit as well. The large bathroom in this room contains a jetted tub, custom tile walk-in shower, and quartz countertop on the vanity. Our kitchen includes an island with bar top seating for three people, many cabinets for food supplies, a separate bar counter and sink, and a variety of appliances. The appliances included in the kitchen are a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, blender, stove and oven, and dishwasher. Whether the family and friends are gathered around the island or while food is being prepared, you can enjoy being a part of the group with our open floor plan. The dining area houses our 8 person dining table, where you can dine as a group and see the ocean. Our living room area is relaxing and still allows you to feel a part of the group. The living room includes a smart tv with four couches. The third and fourth rooms are located on the third floor. The first room includes a king bed and a workstation including a desk and chair for those that work remotely. The astonishing bathroom comes with a double vanity, an elegant walk-in custom shower with a tiled bench. The second room comprises two queen beds, a perfect little table and chairs set for children. The bathroom is a custom bathroom with a bathtub and vanity with quartz countertops. Both rooms have smart TVs and also have access to the third floor balcony where you can relax, see the ocean, and watch the sunset. Guest code will be sent to you within 3 days of your check in date. We welcome all who wish to stay at the property, but ask to treat the property with as much care as possible. Upon departure, please have all dishes cleaned and in the dishwasher. All rooms must be stripped and washer mush have one load of laundry being washed. All trash must be removed from the property as well. Excess sand and debris will lead to additional charges. To avoid tracking in sand, we have installed a hose and outdoors showers to accommodate this. Please rinse off before entering the house if anyone is very sandy. You can watch the ocean waves from both of the large verandas as well from inside through the full wall of windows. Only steps to the beach! My family and I spent 4 wonderful nights in this house. The location is perfect; literally steps away from the private beach access. Also, it’s within a 5-10 minute walk to the local coffee shop(Tybean). The house was roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. There’s also a brand new pool which we enjoyed quite frequently. It is on the small side, but still beautiful and a good place to take a quick dip whenever the urge hit. It was nice that it’s right outside the game room so we could all be hanging out in the same area playing games and swimming. The host, Akash was so friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond what we’ve ever had a host do before. He even was kind enough to let us use his family’s personal kayaks! This was a trip for me, and my three daughters and their families to celebrate the life of my late husband, and I know he would have been SO happy with this property! OMG, where do i start. the host starting communicating with me before i even arrived. HE WAS AMAZING. He was very attentive to all of our needs even when the power went out (big storm came) he sent some one with flashlights and candles in the storm. The house has absolutely everything you need to be at the beach. There were 10 of us in our dance ministry girls trip. we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, pool towels, beach chairs. There were games like corn hole, ping pong and board games. The house is a nice list stroll over the private board walk. So relaxing. We did yoga on the beach. The main level is superb. There is a living area, kitchen, the primary room with bath and another room (Queen), a separate bath room and laundry room. This level also has a balcony with chairs and such to just chill. The 3rd level has a balcony too. No room is a bad room. We had so much space to do a lot. We didnt shop on the island. We opted to hit the Publix, liquor store and Dollar Tree about 20 mins before getting to the house. We didnt leave the house the whole weekend. DID I MENTION THE HOST!! Great house. All the creature comforts of home were there for us. Our host, Akash was pleasant and super helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the game room had plenty for all to do, The pool was PERFECTION as was Kayaking with the dolphins at sunset! We had an amazing time. Excellent location for the beach! Property owners were extremely kind and very accommodating, allowed us to check in early, and were always available for questions. Went a whole week without a fight! House is large enough for everyone to have their own space. Game room big bonus keeping teens and preteens occupied. Hosts communicated very well.
