The location by far is the biggest amenity. With a group of 5 people the bedrooms allowed for private areas. The outdoor screened in porch also allowed for us to share time as a group. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessary appliances. The indoor living area was a little tight and the furniture could use a refresh, but with such a great location to the beach, little time was spent there. ##### Seth W. Home is small but laid out well with isolated master suite, but feels bigger with the roomy screened porch we used more than than inside the house. The kids loved the short walk to the Beach and Sugar Shack (ice cream shop). Mom and Dad enjoyed coattails at the corner only 2 houses down! Love this side of Tybee Island.
