Even though they are 1 building off the beach. Each condo is one level with 3 total in the building. The elevator opens directly into your condo. This is a first-floor unit, with parking underneath. There is covered parking for 3 cars ONLY. 1st bedroom has a king-size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The living room has a smart TV and a queen size sofa sleeper. Family vacation 2024

We absolutely adored our condo on the beach but one thing we didn’t really like was that the beach walkway was boarded off and couldn’t be used. This condo was very comfortable and clean.

Nice Getaway

Condo was very good. Nice location to restaurants and a quick walk on bridge over dunes. Reasonably priced. Some of blinds would not close or open but overall we were pleased.

Wedding party

The property was exactly as pictured. It had easy access to the beach and shopping. Although we did have some extremely noisy neighbors above us at 130am, the property manager addressed the issue fairly and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Best stay EVER

This was definitely the best rental we have had at Tybee Island. Very affordable, very clean, SUPER close to the beach ( only a few steps) everything in description was spot on. No complaints at all, we hope to go back soon.

Amazing time and perfect location, only thing I would recommend is updating the property a little, some trim boards falling apart, bed was a little hard, and leave more then one of everything

I really loved the location of this property. It was close to the beach so my parents could come down with us. It is much quiter on North beach vs South beach.

Family Vacation

This was our last trip before school started back. The location was perfect! I have no real complaints other than the normal “bottom floor” complaint of hearing people walking above you BUT this should be expected when booking a lower level and although annoying at times, did not affect our stay or enjoyment one bit. The house does have bear minimum of items needed to be comfortable so make sure you bring any extras you may need such as salt/pepper etc. overall we loved the place. There aren’t any curtains on any windows (blinds yes but no additional room darkening items) so it does get rather bright in the mornings but other than that we loved it!!!

Tybee spring break stay

Locations is great- very short walking distance to beach. Great space within condo. None of the doors locked for privacy within condo. Floors needed mopping. Overall good experience.

Family Fun at Beach

This property is in a very nice neighborhood and right at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing that I would ask next time is that there be an extra roll of toilet paper.

Great place

Location close to the beach with a nice view of the water. Easy access to the beach which was great. Place was clean and kept well and accommodated our group of 8 very well. The beach was awesome for our 2 retired family members who could easily enjoy the house and beach, both have had hip replacements and the elevator and easily accessible beach were great help to them. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental company was right around the corner and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Had enough parking for 4 vehicles which was nice also. For the price, location, and the cleanliness this place for us is easily 5 stars.

Will stay again

This property was perfect for my family. It was very spacious, clean and close to the beach access. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the living space was very spacious and comfortable. Loved having an elevator that opened right into the condo. Just a couple of recommendations: place small trash cans in the laundry room and bedrooms, add nightstand and table lamp in master bedroom. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Spacious condo close to beach

Nice condo very close to beach. Condo nicely decorated and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants. Condo did have a funny smell as some others commented but not terrible got used to it. The other buildings/house are VERY close (which I could not tell from picture). Wifi was spotty a few times but always reconnected after a few mins. Close to rental office and the people there were friendly & helpful.

Bucher Beach Vacay

We had an opportunity to spend time with our children and grandchildren. We decided to spend it at Tybee and were very excited to find the vacation home steps away from the beach. However we were a little leary that it would be like the photos and description said it would be (We have been burned before). When we initially walked in, we were able to breath a sigh of relief and needless to say, we had the best family vacation that we have had in a long time. Thank you.

Good location

This home was quite spacious and was steps away from the beach. However pay attention to what floor you are on, as the view in the pics is not first floor unit. First floor unit has a semi blocked view of the ocean. Also they don't have any rugs in the place so you may want to bring something to keep too much sand being tracked In. Other than that the interior pictures and other reviews are pretty spot on.

Fire the cleaners and we'd LOVE this place

Thank you for letting us stay at your home.We also own a beach rental (gulf shores, AL) As a fellow owner I wanted to let you know the cleaning was pretty bad. I have some pictures. I won’t post a negative review but if I was here for a week I would have called and had a cleaning crew come in. In short, you should really talk to your cleaners Great location and good luck with future rentals.

Beach apartment

The location and size of the property couldn't be beat. It was steps away from the walkway to the beach, with three bedrooms and a good sized living area. Very bright and comfortable. But, the property did not provide much of anything - no beach gear at all (no towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and no where to clean off the sand, no laundry detergent, a single packet of dishwasher soap, nothing in the kitchen beyond basic dishes, silverware and pots/pans (no spices, etc., no foil, etc., very limited dishes), one role of toilet paper per bathroom, two small shampoo containers, no extra trash bags. Be prepared to bring everything you might want. If you do this, it is a very nice place to stay with easy access to the beach.
