This 3 BR 3 Bath Condo with TWO pools and a jacuzzi is walking distance to Tybee\`s most popular beach, bars, restaurants, and shops! Perfect for families and friends visiting the island. Sleeps 8 guests and has 2 decks, one facing 15th street where guests can walk to the beach and one facing the pool deck! Lay out by the pool, dip in the jacuzzi, walk on Tybee\`s main strip and grab an evening cocktail, or walk to the beach and p This beautiful condo located in the Brass Rails Condominiums has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is the master suite with a king size bed and attached full bath with a walk in shower and separate soaking tub. To access the property, there is a gate off of the main Tybee road (Butler Avenue) that a code will be provided for the day before check in. Pull into the parking garage and make a left past the pool. You will see an entrance to a second parking garage. Pull in and park in the space for Unit 103\. There are 2 parking spaces. Guests are limited to 2 vehicles any other vehicles must park in the metered parking on the street. There are stairs for direct access and also an elevator to ensure luggage and other items brought along can easily be brought into the condo upon your arrival. The condo is keyless entry, meaning a door code will be provided to you prior to your arrival in your detailed check in instructions. Please Note\*\*\*\*\* Check in instructions are sent at 4pm the day before check in. This condo is located in the most convenient and sought after location allowing guests to walk to not only the beach, but everything on the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops on the south end of the island! There are two pools (for guests only of the Brass Rails Condominiums) and one hot tub. Guests can park for free at the condo and walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. There are shops to rent bicycles and golf carts at various locations on the island. The address of this condo will bring you to the gate on 15th Street. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4\. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5\.
