The main living area features a spacious floor plan with large full equipped kitchen with bar seating. Nice sized living room with comfortable sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Bedrooms consist of 1 Queen and 1 with twin beds and also have TV'S. Sit on the front porch with a water view!

Everything was great and as advertised. Decor is tasteful and “beachy” and was very clean. Walking distance to beach and eateries was very welcomed. Only drawback is that it is 3rd floor so steps might be a problem for some; otherwise is highly recommended.

Amazing location without breaking the bank!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. We were within minutes walk to the beach and restaurants while still feeling tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Was very clean and comfortable and pleasantly surprised to see it came with a margarita machine... midnight margaritas are a must here. Will certainly visit again!

Walking distance to everything fun!

While I was hesitant about being a few staircases up, it wasn't bad at all. We watched the sunrise of the water not even a block away. This place was perfect with two separate bedrooms and two separate baths.

Hurricane Debbie put a damper on things!

The property was perfect and suited are needs. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Aside from being stuck inside for a day and a half we had a great time. We will be back when it’s not hurricane season!

Early Spring on Tybee

Condo was nice and comfortable; plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen amenities, etc. Was able to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants - pretty much everything. Only had to get the car out to make a grocery run to the IGA. All in all, a great break with daughter and grandkids. Would go back!

Only Needed My Swimsuit

We Loved the Proximity to the Beach, and the Kitchen is stocked with utensils, so i could cook for us all week, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Melissa , our host was available by phone, and sometimes at the condo for a chat. We will rent again.

Girls weekend

We came for an extended weekend. The place was as described. No complaints. Property manager was awesome. Had a great time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was conveniently located. We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Took the car into Savannah and had a great time there as well. Thanks!!
