"Our stay wasn't good; the hotel was packed with people, which made it hard to do anything, especially at the pools, where there was no room to sit. And the most disappointing thing was that they didn't provide room cleaning service. Even though I went to speak with the staff, they never sent anyone, so we decided to leave the hotel early because we didn't like the service or the housekeeping. At one point, a staff member told me I had to send a text message to request housekeeping, and although I found it outrageous, I did so to see if they would actually follow through—but they still didn’t come. Another issue is that with the limited restaurant and activity options—which, on top of that, are very expensive within the hotel—you have to look outside the hotel for things to do and eat, so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a hotel like this just to have to go out and look for options. "

"Breakfast was great! A nice variety of items and fresh fruit every day. Definitely a plus. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is pleasant and accommodating- There is a tip jar- it felt good to show our appreciation. The rooms were clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Felt so nice after a day on the beach or shopping. There were fresh towels every day when we returned. We felt very pampered. Will definitely make Staybridge Suites a preferred place to stay!! "

"Ok for one night. Breakfast is good, staff is good. Rooms were smelling like dogs first awful and the second one is a little bit better. Victoria was very professional and helpful and helped us to switch the rooms upon arrival which was still a bit of a hustle with luggage, etc.Bathroom doors could not be closed properly. Need some touchups. Safe was locked in. We could not open it to use it. Overall just OK for one night."

"I loved my stay here. Big shoutout to Jordano I checked in super late (after midnight) and he was really kind and helpful, made everything smooth. For the price, this place is excellent. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC… everything worked great. The area felt calm and safe, no complaints at all. Definitely recommend it good, nice, and affordable."

"The room was very spacious with more than enough kitchen equipment for our stay. The room has built in outside seating areas with mosquito netting at the front overlooking the harbour and at the back overlooking the pool. I really hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again."
