"Lovely little place in the heart of Highlands. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I kinda hate to talk it up as it might NOT be available for us the next time :-). Well appointed place. Everything you need minus your own groceries.We will stay here again for sure."

"The property is exactly how it's described in the listing. Private beach was pretty quiet the duration of our stay - we were the only ones hanging out on the beach most of the time. Host is very prompt with replying to questions /concerns during the reservation process. Only downfall - parking is at a premium. There were 2 nights we came back to the rental close to midnight - the free parking lot was full & we had to drive around a bit to find on street parking. If you're planning on staying local, many places are within walking / biking distance. We would definitely book again."

"My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Ron’s place. It was immaculate and had everything one could need. The extra touches of hand soap, paper towels etc. are greatly appreciated! The bed was very comfortable. The walk down to the beach is beautiful and the deck outside the unit is wonderful for hanging out and enjoying the view. Ron was great and very responsive. We love walking and biking to restaurants and Sandy Hook. We hope to be back!"

"Grace's home was such a lovely and cozy stay! The room was set up well with a private bathroom, both were clean. We appreciated the neighborhood, since there were many restaurants and several beaches were a quick drive away. It was a great way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. We found that Grace and her partner were so friendly and engaged when we spoke to them. She also made the extra effort to lay out breakfast for us every morning, which we appreciated and enjoyed. We would happily stay at Grace's beautiful home again!"

"The host was very nice and accommodating, from the pictures it looked like there would be more “toys” or things for kids but there was just a box of mixed up board games. The house was in a nice location in regards to the beach and the little down town area was walkable distance. The only thing I noticed was in the master bedroom the comforter looked a little dirty/ stained. I used to clean airbnbs so that could be why I noticed it. Overall it was a nice stay. The tiki hut could use a little TLC as it was not like the pictures. Each room has a window unit as well which I didn’t notice in the listing but was not a big deal."

"We stayed here for a week while in town for a dance competition, and it was exactly what we needed. The property was just as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were especially impressed with how little sand made its way into the house, even with a private beach right out the back door.The host was wonderful and provided extras like boogie boards and kayaks, which made spending time on the bay even more enjoyable. Those thoughtful touches really added to our stay.The only minor downside was parking. It can take a few laps around the block to find a spot, especially during busy times. Once we were parked, though, everything else was smooth and hassle-free.Overall, this home was the perfect base for our week-long adventure. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with easy beach access and a responsive, thoughtful host."

"Great little place! Teresa was very easy to communicate with. Very responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. And it was so nice to have clean towels and some toiletries, especially because I forgot a few items."
