The home layout was nice.However, the condition of the place showed lots of deferred maintenance. For example peeling paint on the primary bath walls, dingy carpets, torn couch cushions.The placed was not cleaned well either. I tried to use the barbecue and it was covered in dirt. When I opened it, the barbecue was full of old charcoal and hamburgers. In addition the patio was dirty.There was no patio furniture nor any outside furniture to sit on. The kitchen was not equipped well.
