  • This desert hideaway is a rare gem, only steps to Joshua Tree Park, with an amazing private pool, jacuzzi and inspirational 360 degree views of the surrounding desert scenery. Detach from the chaos of life on the wrap around deck, with open views of the valley, nearby rock mountains and the city lights below. Walk to enter a remote and uncluttered section of Joshua Tree National park located right near the house. There are open and spacious views on all four side of the house and a vast star studded sky at night. See roaming big horn sheep from your kitchen window. Enjoy easy access to the property on a paved road. The house was recently built, and has every amenity to make your stay luxurious. The minimalist design allows for the greatest experience of enjoying the desert. This spot is so unique and wonderful it will transform you during your stay.

We had the best time and enjoyed all the many things the property has to offer. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the beautiful sunrise from the front porch and walking right down the street to do some hiking. We came to the area for the BNP Paribas tennis tournamnet in Indian Wells and the location was great, only 1 hour away. We enjoyed watching tennis and then hiking in Joshua Tree the other days. We will definately be back.

National park tour

The rental home was fantastic. It provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every night! One evening we wandered into the national park just down the road and other evenings we went for a walk or just sat and enjoyed the sunset and views. The owners were wonderful to work with!

An ideal desert oasis!

I booked this vrbo for my gf's birthday. We'd both been working nonstop and barely had time to relax. This was the perfect place to unplug, unwind and detox. Amazing high desert views and easy access to Joshua Tree. We'll most definitely be booking again! Five out of five stars!

Stargazers dream

The property was just as advertised. The panoramic views were amazing, and the stargazing could not be beat. It was wonderfully quiet, with a burst of coyotes late one night! The hosts were responsive and very helpful. The checkin process was easy and the house is perfect for two sets of adults to have plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Wonderful location to explore the north west and north central sections of Joshua Tree. We really appreciated the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is stocked with seasoning, olive oil, Pam and other items, but beware there’s no microwave. The stovetop worked fine though for the items we had already purchased prior to check in. Quiet neighborhood with lots of space to spread out for two.

Peaceful Escape with endless views

This was our 3rd time to this home as we love the location, patio, pool/hot tub and it's just generally very comfortable and peaceful. Hardest part is trying take in so many beautiful views at once as you can literally enjoy the view 360 degrees around the house. Many beautiful sunsets enjoyed from the deck, and amazing stargazing from the hot tub. Michelle was very responsive with anything that came up. Thank you for another lovely stay!
