Poorly sign- posted if arriving via National Express Coach to South Terminal. Cumbersome check in at third floor then need to go out to use lift to get up to rooms. Bathroom is terrible with no shower curtain or partition. Whole floor becomes wet and not even a floor mat to dry the feet. Very unthoughtful design.
