"Clean room but extremely small bathroom. Also only way to have breakfast was to pay and it is overcharged. I have had better breakfast at other hotels for free. Food was like warm and overcooked. Would not stay there again"

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a whirlpool tub. Breakfast was included and was great - they cook it to order. The location is great and quiet, close to downtown (walking distance about 15 minutes). The property has a spa - great massage. I would definitely stay at this hotel when visiting St John’s"

"Have a pancake machine for breakfast. Pool was out of service which we were told upon arrival. The pool itself was much smaller than in picture. Great location to tour around St. John’s however the traffic during the week makes it impossible to turn left out the building. Staff was friendly and helpful but wish I got more than points for no pool. But because I booked with Expedia they couldn’t refund me any money."

"We spent our first night in NL at this welcoming cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage was very clean and well appointed, inside and out. It would be a great place to spend a few days with lots to see and do in the vicinity. We highly recommend it."
