This Absolute Beachfront Ground Floor 3 Bedroom Apartment is perfect for your family to enjoy year after year. It is also ideal for couples wanting a romantic seaside escape. A lovely private position with a natural ambience that flows throughout the apartment the moment you open the door. Please note there are stairs required to access this apartment. With large entertaining decks both front and rear of the apartment, will provide you with plenty room to spread out, relax and enjoy the serene environment of Hastings Point. Just off your balcony across the lawn, there is a gate with direct beach access that will lead you down the shady rainforest dunes which places you directly out onto the long stretch of the wide sandy beach. You can stroll up the beach to Cabarita Headland if you want to stretch your legs or take a 5 minute walk down to the beautiful blue lagoon water of Cudgen Creek. For the nature lovers you can also meander through the rainforest dunes to the creek; fascinating little pathways make it an interesting walk with a tad of birdwatching along the way. Hastings has a great general store with fish chips & burgers. Across the road is Ripples, a renovated restaurant that offers you a restaurant and cafe for those days when you don't feel like firing up the Barbeque. There is a lovely, relaxing feel inside the beach themed apartment, complete with beautifully equipped kitchen. Linen Included- guest to provide beach towels. Note: Driveway is steep and garage carpark is tight which may not fit a large car. No lift, stairs access to unit located on level 1. This is the perfect location to bring the family for a beach getaway. Cudgera Creek, with its large opening to the beach, gives a great space for people to enjoy with shallow areas for young children to splash around. A playground area with BBQs and picnic tables means you can spend the whole day on the water and keep kids entertained for hours. Wander down to the Hastings Point General Store, a staple in the community providing great food, souvenirs and fishing supplies. At the top of the headland, you will have breathtaking views stretching from Byron Bay to Kingscliff. During April to November, the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. This town is small and full of charm and is the perfect place for a true local experience with the family. Our friendly team have been taking care of holiday guests on the Tweed Coast for over 27 years and specialise in local knowledge. Hastings Point is a nature lovers dream and look forward to taking care of you, your family or friends. We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. No parties or functions permitted. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees if applicable. Nice size apartment with plenty of natural light. Some of the smaller details could be improved on. The cleanliness could be further enhanced as obviously a popular destination. The fully equipped kitchen lacked a few essentials and also were only given 2 toilet rolls and small toiletries (soap and shampoo etc) for a weeks stay for a family so needless to say we had to head out to purchase more. The property managers didn't seem too concerned and being a real estate agent located 20 mins from the property they weren't keen to bring out any replacements as apparently they were too busy. Considering we needed to bring all our own linen and towels and we paid inflated holiday prices it just left a sour taste for our holiday. Apart from that we enjoyed the time at Hastings Point so thanks for accommodating us ##### Andrew M.
