As you enter through the open plan kitchen fixed with modern appliances, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, fridge and large portable island bench which can be moved easily for your comfort & ease with cooking.
The lovely open plan living area boasts views from all angles and features a large smart TV, lounge suite and ducted air conditioning. There is another sitting area nearby which includes a dining table. Both living areas flow seamlessly out to the covered balcony. Here you can take in the beautiful views whilst relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.

Great location, parking with a 4wd needs to be on the street as garage height is too low.
A few of the locks/latches through the property are not working properly.
This is a quiet creek with swimmers, kayaks and a dog beach opposite ... no jet skis or noisey boats. Always something happening though.
Our stay was amazing. Being able to watch the sunrise every morning and all of the bird life from the deck was simply the best. Not to mention the location of the property we could walk to everything. We had a fantastic time and recommend this place.
Property was well situated and really well setup except for 2 small things there was not corkscrew and the blinds didnt work on one side
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again
