The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The grounds and amenities were good, especially the lagoon pool and lap pool. There was access to the beach and a 7km walking trail which led all the way to Kings Cliff from the property. Would definitely go back next time in the area.

The pool facilities and location to the beach were excellent. The apartment we stayed in was not great. Terrible beds and bedding. Really lacking in all ways presented. Stains on carpet, issues with car parking and many more disappointments. The apartment building itself is wonderful though.

The property does not cater to tourists as the the property is a residence facility. Tourists are not made to feel welcome. There are an insane amount of bylaws that are plastered all over the property and in your face from the point of check in. Our property did not have a bbq facility which was rather unfortunate for the ridiculous amount we paid for 3 nights. Further the property is rather isolated. You will require a car if staying in this area.

Clean and Comfortable in Casuarina

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fixtures and appliances were great, shower was really powerful. Free secure parking under the building. Very quiet considering it is peak season, and convenient for Cabarita Beach with its shops and restaurants.

Cotton beach visit

We love the location and have stayed there before too. The beds were really confortable and we loved the big table and nice furniture at the balcony. Towels and bed clothes were enough and we were happy for the dishwasher, washmachine and dryer. We missed proper cleaning tools for the floor as we stayed for two weeks and would have liked to clean once in a while. Unfortunately, this time there was a bad smell in the plumbing both in kitchen and bathroom. One of the main badroom sinks was plugged and water didn't go down well. The fridge leaked much water inside and even out on the floor. We had to be careful that our food wouldn't get wet of the dirty water. Sofas, carpet and Windows were dirty. We payed much more than our friends for the same size room and didn't have free wifi.

Family stay on quiet beach.

Great size apartment in wonderful location. Lovely pool and landscape. Good size bedrooms. Black Oak restaurant in the building, serves breakfast through to dinner too.

We really enjoyed the location and being a quieter spot. Apartment size was good and the balcony nice and private. Great being able to walk out the back gate for the beach. The mattras in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, no hairdryer, very limited items in kitchen cupboard. Extremely poor internect connection.
