"This is a very nicely maintained hotel with excellent staff. The staff was extremely helpful-they even had someone accompany us with the luggage to the ferry port. Good restaurant with lots of different food options. Oh...and the bed was so comfortable! Much appreciated after several nights of very hard beds in other hotel."

"Hotel was less than half full, yet, they put us in a room where Construction Workers were working outside our window. When my wife opened the curtain, she was almost face to face with Construction Workers making every kind of noise Just a waste of a good property with a bad management. Instead of spending money for the Bell Boy Costumes, they should upgrade their PILLOWS."
