Walk to the Coliseum, Stadium, and The Strip! Welcome to Bear's Den! Located just under a mile from the stadium and walking distance to everything you may need! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony with seating! This recently renovated/decorated unit has everything you need to enjoy the perfect game day including a comfortable couch and a large TV for watching football! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a delicious meal or some game day treats! The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV. You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing! The complex pool area is open 24/7\. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though. If you have a larger group, consider also booking Bama Bliss located across the hall or Legend's Landing located on the same floor a few doors down! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. I had some mild concerns being located so close to train tracks, I appreciated the sound machines in bedrooms but will add the location of this condo (upper floor) was not really negatively affected by train noise. I really appreciated the sound machines in both bedrooms too, we have learned the train runs through Tuscaloosa, every rental we have stayed at has had train sounds, there is no escaping.
