We stayed here with family while visiting other family in Tuscaloosa for Christmas. It was very comfortable, well-equipped, and a good location. We had good communication with the property owner. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Being from the North, we enjoyed the Alabama weather in the mornings while sipping coffee at the outdoor table and listening to the birds sing. The kitchen was not well equipped if you are some that does a lot of cooking. Found several dishes in the cabinets that were not clean. We all arrived and departed at different times but the key set-up was extremely convenient for accommodating our different schedules. Every question we asked Christopher (the owner) was answered quickly and completely and he was able to allow some flexibility with our checkin and checkout times. The house was ready to go and had everything we needed. There were extra toiletries available so no problem with running out. We were able to use the patio for daytime dining and the weather totally cooperated. There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located so we were able to get everywhere easily.
