Welcome to BamaNati!

This condo is located only 0.5 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium and right in the heart of the Strip, walking distance from any bar or restaurant! The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The first bedroom has a King bed, a desk for any last minute work you need to do before attending a football game, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, desk, TV, and attached bathroom with a tub shower.

The condo is located in a gated community and you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is also a grill on the property for your convenience! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.

Please be aware that parking is very compact. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will more than likely not fit and need to find alternative parking.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please read prior to booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Good communication with offsite owner. Location is right in the heart of the strip. If crowds bother you, it might not be your spot. It is what we were looking for, to hang out with our student on Homecoming weekend. The floor plan was spacious and unit is kept well. Kitchen is well stocked. Host even left us a nice care package with snacks. Roll Tide!

Great location

This is a great location if you want to be in the heart of what’s happening with walkability to all the key spots including the stadium. Could have some noise at night as cars drive on University but it was not an issue for us.

Best location

This is our second rental from Bama Vacation Rentals. They are wonderful to rent from and they are very communicative. This particular rental is in an incredible location. We spent parents' weekend on the strip with our girls. The house is not for families with small kids. It is loud but super fun! Having older girls, we did not mind the noise, it definitely added to our fun being able to walk out to the strip!

Great Location, Nice Unit

This is a nice property. We stayed here to move our daughter into the dorms. It is nicely maintained. Lovely welcome basket of snacks and essentials when we checked in. The parking spots are key. A few items that I would mention: need a few towel bars in bathrooms, the TV in the front bedroom didn't work (or the remote didn't work?) and there is no toaster. But those are minor mentions, in general the unit is nice.

Both this one and elephant stomp have two bedrooms kitchen with everything you need and space to relax. The unit was clean. The beds were really comfortable and everything worked out great the location was central to everything that we needed. I can't say enough great things about it! The only thing I would say it didn't have that would have been helpful was a full length mirror! Customer service was also outstanding. They checked in to make sure everything was good and to ensure we had no issues!

Reviewer Comments: Great rental to visit your college kid, especially if you want to walk to Publix/CVS, frat houses and football games during the season. You can't beat Bama B&B Rentals for customer service. Property shows a little wear and tear, but overall comfortable. Mattresses look new but are firm. Noise machines in bedrooms are perfect for drowning out road noise from the strip. This rental met our needs for this visit.

My daughter had to be to school early for rush. This location was perfect! She was able to walk to the house. There were plenty of dining options just outside the unit. It was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Would also be great for game weekends

LSU vs BAMA weekend

Perfect location on the Strip (across the street from the Houndstooth), walk to the bars and walk to the Stadium. The front porch is great for people watching! Very comfortable beds and well furnished. The only negative thing I would say is that it can be very loud outside in the early morning hours when you are trying to sleep, but earplugs solve that problem! Will definitely book this condo again next year! ROLL TIDE!

Tuscaloosa Getaway

We enjoyed our "home away from home" on a quick trip to visit our UA college student. The condo was conveniently located on the strip, so we could walk everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to our next visit!

Right on the strip

We loved this condo! Everything was great about this place, from the decor to the location. We almost did not need our rental car because the location is so close to the heart of the college town. And the stadium is only a short walk away. We will def be back to stay here again.

BAMA experience

The location is primo! This gorgeous condo is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need! The beds are comfortable, linens are nice. Kitchen is huge and fully equipped. We got to experience homecoming game day in a perfect setting on the strip, the parade went right by our front porch, we will be back! Less than 10 minute walk to stadium.

Perfect Location!

This beautiful, comfy condo is centrally located and ideal for GameDay weekends, parents weekend or just when you need two bedrooms and a kitchen for a family visit. The staff was attentive and proficient. Easy to access and well organized management.

We stayed in the back bedroom which had a new king size bed that was comfy. Noise from the strip wasn’t too bad and didn’t really bother us although It was only Vandy weekend. I didn’t think soft noise machines in the unit would help, but they really didn’t! Our kids slept in front bedroom and they could sleep through an earthquake so I don’t think they’re an adequate judge but just be aware this is probably not the place for a light sleeper over an LSU weekend. But the unit was clean comfy great location and easy access to everything. Everyone said they’d stay again!
