"The staff was lovely. My room for the most part was clean however, the housekeeping staff missed a couple of empty bottles under one of bedside tables. There was also a pill under the bench. The breakfast buffet was cold, I did not have enough time to order from their fresh breakfast options. "

"Clean and modern room in a historical St Louis hotel. It’s been well maintained and remodeled and is in a great area near downtown. Nice touch for the GM to text daily and check on our stay!"

"Air wouldn’t stay on, wasn’t what was explained. Deluxe bedding and snacks was to be included . Was just like any other room, but paid extra for upgrades. Was supposed to be smoke free, yet when we entered the room it reeked of cigarette and marijuana smell through the vents "

"The room was comfortable and we had the amenities we needed. It offered a generous breakfast every morning. Coffee and water were available at all times. The gym was clean and easily accessible. The pool was closed during our stay due to the season we traveled in. There was ample parking downstairs. The bar on site was really cute and the drinks were great. We were driving distance to a lot of things and it made it a great homebase. We would definitely stay here again."

"Home was as described . It was perfect for our family of 10 . We where in town for wedding at History Museum at Forest Park location was key. There is noise from busy street buy house all hours of the night. We enjoyed the steak n shake it was walkable . "

"Convenient location, difficult access.There are two flights of narrow, dark, dirty, carpeted stairs that smell strongly of pet urine before you reach the property. The space was 87 degrees when I arrived at 11:30 pm. Manager advised that the thermostat was probably installed incorrectly and I should just open windows. Since it was so hot from the heat running, it took all night to cool down, and the street noises and neighbors were very loud.No linens for the two additional beds available. Minimal check in/out instructions other than to start the laundry with bed linens (but no laundry detergent).Overall due to the difficult access, rudeness of the manager, the dirty stairwell, and lack of intervention by VRBO, I would avoid this property."
