Turtle Lake

The property was exceptional. Nice touches throughout and European feel. Loved the location, central to a variety of arts venues and the train! Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodated requests. Highly recommend.

Front of house staff was amazingly friendly and productive. Everything was very clean and well maintained compared to a lot of hotels in the area. Breakfast quality was pretty good for a free buffet, but the food / bus staff was very slow - at one point falling back to extremely flimsy paper plates when they couldn't keep up with dishes. The pool was great, the balcony was nice, my view of the part and ferris wheel was great, and the location is very close to anything you could want to do in Atlanta. Had some trouble with the handle of my room - it would refuse to open to either my key or security's master key. Had to have assistance to open it twice, but both instances were very timely and apologetic- was a very small inconvenience that they remedied by taking off two nights from my parking charges! Very kind of them. Would 100% come back here, and will recommend this location to others looking to stay in Atlanta.

The hotel was beautiful! The ambiance when you enter the hotel is giving upscale cabin retreat. The rooms were clean and amenities updated. Staff always greeted us with a smile and treated us like friends. The were so accommodating and had a shuttle for us to us to get to Emory University. 10 out of 10 I do recommend.
