It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 900 m² garden. Sheets included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 30 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided) \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Shower room \- Separate WC First floor: \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200) \- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90×190), a children's bed (60×120) and a changing table \- Bathroom with bath \- A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fondue set, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture (only in summer) to enjoy the fine weather. \- A beautiful private garden of 900 m², not enclosed. Very comfortable and quiet place to stay and a quick drive into town. You have all of the amenities of your own home. Hence the surrounding is very quiet what we expected and liked a lot. The garden is lovely and well kept. The inside of the house was not as clean as we expected and others have described. There was a lot of dust for example in the corners and unter the beds. One of the biggest issues were the very many woodlice in the house, especially on the first floor in the bedrooms. With a house old as this you can expect a few insects here and there of course, but there were simply too many for comfort, especially on the first floor. ##### Holger K.
