"Easy to find, great parking, feels like home. Has everything just bring your food. In town but with a out of town feel with wildlife just out your window. Would definitely stay here our next trip to town."
"Our family of six were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Oh Deer cabin. We kept saying how lucky we felt to be in such a dreamy location in a home that felt so perfect. Everything was as described in the listing, but the photos don’t do justice to the wonderful surroundings, both inside and out! The cabin is decorated so cute and we loved seeing all the detail that went into the home. There was plenty of linens, towels, soap, and laundry detergent. The beds and couches were comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and it was easy to find the cabin. It’s a remote location, but the nearby town of Troy had everything we needed, including a well-stocked grocery store, gas stations, and even a bowling alley. Our family LOVED the beautiful kitchen that had everything we needed to make meals each day. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and loved relaxing to the sounds of the river. It was paradise. We saw deer every day!The owners were responsive and attentive, and each request or question was met with a gracious response. We are all wondering how soon we can make it back to stay again! Can’t wait to make our way back to Montana and Oh Deer cabin! "
"I want to start by saying I rate places based on the expectations of the area and not compared to other places I have stayed. This is a rural mountain town, so don't expect glitz and gold. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor is very 70's, but it reminded me of growing up, and the fact that it lasted this long only further emphasizes how well the staff takes care of the facility. The biggest down side we had was other guests smoking outside our window, which is not in the control of the facility and staff."
