"Beautiful and great location"

"My stay at this property was ultimately disappointing, especially considering the high price. While the grounds were well kept and clearly cared for, many other aspects of the experience fell short. Service The staff were consistently rather rude, which set a negative tone from the start. Interactions felt dismissive instead of welcoming. Food & Dining The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was extremely limited. Breakfast was only served 2 out of the 5 days that we were on property. This was frustrating and inconvenient. Facilities The pool clearly needed cleaning and updating. It didn’t feel inviting or well maintained a separate children’s area would be a great upgrade. Rooms & Property Condition The property itself shows its age. While the rooms have been somewhat updated, the overall feel is still dated and doesn’t match the price point. Value For what we received, the stay felt very expensive. The quality simply didn’t align with the cost. Positive Note The one standout was the well‑kept grounds, which were pleasant and nicely maintained. "

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Cruz boutique hotel. It’s located in a great spot with many things nearby, the staff were very helpful and generous. They offered beach chairs and towels and ice, they housekeepers went by everyday in the morning. And the staff gave great recommendation for parking, restaurants and beaches. Definitely will be back and staying with them again. 10/10"

"Property is old and units need updated. Staff is very poor at communicating and do not want to help guest. They are hateful and rude. The concierge staff is not helpful at all and the Ocean 362 restaurant is poorly staffed. You will find the concierge is the bar tender. The owners need to get better staff! We will not stay here again! Not worth the money."

"Our stay was from 4/6/26 -4/17/26. Upon returning to our condo (Mango Mojo) on the evening of 4/12, all of the parking spaces were gone. In addition the parking spaces in the overflow lot were gone as well. As a result, I proceeded down the steep hill that led to a dead end on a dirt road. Upon backing up, I hit a tree and damaged the rear passenger door. When I made my way back to the condo, all the parking spaces were still unavailable. My son took pictures and license plates of all the vehicles and reported them to the condo manager. I had to wait about 20 minutes before the individuals that were parked illegally came out. They made light of the situation and made excuses, none of which were valid. ( Very stressful and frustrating experience) In addition, two days later, I had a similar issue with a SUV that was assigned to the condo complex that was parked halfway in the street, making it extremely difficult to get out. My wife proceeded to report this incident as well to the condo manager of which did not respond to our satisfaction. In addition, the air conditioner was programmed each night at 82 degrees. That led me to override the air conditioning each night, around 1:30am! Top it off, upon returning my SUV to Enterprise, I had to fill out a police report in reference to the accident. That led to my family almost missing my flight. Vacations supposed to be fun and stress free. The second week of our vacation was neither!! Not happy, Joe"
