The basement had a horrible musty smell Where breakfast was served! Railings were loose on the staircase! Entrance to property should be cleaned and surrounded property! Hotel rooms were clean! Lacked a top sheet on beds! Need better quality towels!

Excellent location, room much bigger than you would expect, staff very friendly. Less than 10 minutes walk to Plitvica lake entrance. Breakfast was lovely. There is a free view of the lakes not far from hotel too.

Great location for Plitvice. Quiet and clean. Safe area. A couple restaurant options within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Difficult that there was no WhatsApp to communicate ahead of time. Also I specifically booked a two bedroom suite and the landlady only let us have one of the bedrooms (claiming that you needed five people to get the second bedroom). We made do but I would seriously confirm ahead of time. That wasn’t great we were two friends who expected our own rooms which was what we booked...
