"Bad experience.... check out the photo ... for example... do you see curtains ? Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ... "Good hotel, very nice surroundings and peaceful. The hotel has a good heated pool indoors, and sauna, just the jacuzzi need be fix the jets for it too work better. There is a restaurant on site that has many food options, and a good breakfast in the morning. Waiters and servers very professional and friendly. The hotel is within close proximity to many wineries you can tour, as well the hotel offers masseuse very good and professional services, the staff are friendly really helpful and very accommodating to any requests during our stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit these areas of the Casablanca winery. "

"I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Vina del Mar. "

"The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "

"I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel and property enough! The pictures do not do it justice. What a gorgeous slice of paradise Don Rodrigo and his lovely wife have created. The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley"
