"Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was."

There is a washing machine in the apartment!!!! God send if you are on a longer trip."

"Overall, everything was fine. However, it was quite difficult to find the apartment, especially because it was dark and it was our first time in the area. There was no number on the house, and most people around were tourists.The taxi dropped us off near a completely different house and just said, “It’s somewhere around here.” Our phone wasn’t working either, so it’s definitely a good idea to arrange mobile service in advance. Luckily, a local man helped us by calling the apartment owner, and they helped us find the place.It was quite difficult to carry our suitcases up to the 4th or 5th floor, but the view from the apartment was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with"

"This was a very good experience! New building with very good fittings and layout. 2 adults and 2 children were comfortably housed in the 1-bed apartment. Property description on the site was accurate. Location is bliss. Right in the heart of Becici. There's no direct beach access but you'll be on the beach via a 2 mins walk. Excellent sea view! Property planned our airport transfers and it was cheaper than the local taxis charged. A few things to note to help you plan better: 1. On-site restaurant only provides buffet breakfast in the morning (spread is good). Facility doesn't have lunch or dinner, but lots of restaurants around, plus there's an iDEA shop close by. 2. No gym on the property"
