(1,001 reviews) Rooms clean and beds comfortable with great air conditioning... The male concierge who checked us in was brilliant. My issue was with the one elevator and the room was small with the furniture and big bed which made it tricky to navigate, especially at night when going to the bathroom. It was also disappointing we weren't able to eat st the restaurants. I would give it another try and book a different room and check elevator.
