Visited from Canada. Property is old, one elevator was not working for all 3 nights I stayed. Big lineups for one elevator which was working. Staff were courteous and helpful. Yet does not give the experience of the price I paid for.

Amazing place to stay with fantastic view of Sydney and the Harbour Bridge. Very close to public transport. Very accommodating to book us a taxi to go to our cruise in White bay. Staying at the Pullman was our holiday highlight.
