"Staff turned off the power so no AC. They "called the manager" but it took hours. Lots of people doing nothing. Very dirty. Very little food on breakfast table. Sometimes no water (always cold water), bad internet connection and only in hall when power, no kettle, no air port shuttle. At night a sleeping man on the couch and doors open and unlocked"

"I really appreciate the above and beyond service of the staff at Family Kingdom. My flight on Kenya Airways was delayed but the hotel staff person waited patiently at SeaCoach Aberdeen Bridge to pick me up. Great and friendly service at a reasonable price. "
