9.8/10 Exceptional! (42 reviews)
Room was charming, clean and well taken care of. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a delight. You filled out your order the night before and hung it on your door. The next morning at the time of your choosing it is delivered. I opened the door and there was a man with a tray filled with our order. The pastries were warm and the smell was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things. We would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good! (1,008 reviews)
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have never had an issue, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation, and the elevators also appear to need significant repair and maintenance.
I stayed in the room for three days, and after returning home, I discovered numerous bug bites all over my body. I did not have any bites prior to my stay, and during my visit I was never outside in an environment where mosquitoes would likely have been an issue.
I have alerted the hotel staff about my experience and the room I stayed in. I sincerely hope they investigate the situation and take whatever steps are necessary to address it so that another guest does not have the same experience.
As someone who has stayed here many times without a problem, I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
