A parking space is available next to the apartment block It is located in the centre of Sedrun with the train station and supermarket within easy walking distance.Apartment Bedroom: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of draws and laminate floor. The beds are made up on arrival. Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath with a shower combined, sink with a mirrored cupboard above and a cupboard underneath, a toilet and window. Also in here is wooden shelving for storage. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Towels are not provided. Lounge: In the lounge is a 4 seater leather sofa and television. Kitchen: The kitchen adjacent to the lounge comes with electric hob, oven and fridge. In addition to this is a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, Raclette cheese grill and a cheese fondue set. Next to the window is the dining table with 4 chairs. A laminate floor covers both kitchen and lounge. Kitchen linen is provided at no extra cost.Conditions and extrasExtras: A washing machine and a drying rack is available for your convenience. In winter near the front door is a small room for ski storage. In summer there is a lawn for relaxing and sunbathing. Terms and conditions: Bathroom towels are not provided. No pets allowed.
