Tuggeranong Hill Nature Reserve

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service. I had a genuine emergency that prevented me from arriving as planned. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only whether it would be possible to move my booking to another date. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, good rooms

Perfect stay - clean, fabulous location, reasonable price, easy and cheap parking, friendly staff!! The whole building had a fresh, clean smell as soon as you walked in the door!! Room was warm which was appreciated on a cold Canberra winter night! Ideal for us - 5 minute drive to Canberra Hospital, Hellenic Club across the road, Westfield practically next door! Only negative was the shower flooded out the bathroom!! Not sure if our room may have been designed for disabled access to shower or if there was a design fault but only dry spot was on top of the toilet !!! Despite that, we will be staying here again soon - and check the shower situation!!!
