"We had a small immediate family reunion (six adults, four children), and the property was PERFECT for us! Adults had plenty of space to spread out, and the kids had a GREAT time with all the Lake activities and the game room in the house!!! We especially appreciated the bench attached to the dock and partially submerged in the water! It was ideal for the toddlers! House was large, very comfortable, and clean!!!Our only challenge was finding boat trailer parking and turn-around area in front of house, but we are experienced boaters and were able to figure it out!"

"This is a great space for our family of 5 with our dog. We are repeat customers because Peter is a great host wanting us to feel at home during our stay. The back deck saw lots of family dinners and game nights while the double decker dock provided fun by the water. Our boys caught fish, we floated, we jumped, we sat and took in the peaceful cove. We would highly recommend Boomerang Cottage for anyone looking to relax on the lake!"

"House and dock was picture perfect. It is a very steep walk. Pictures make dock look closer. Without a golf cart my elderly husband couldn’t enjoy the lake. Otherwise wonderful."
Large Lavonia Home w/ Party Dock on Lake Hartwell!

"Great house. Plenty of beds to sleep 15. We had 2 families (4 adults with 8 teenagers) and had plenty of room. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was nice. There was an easy walk down to the dock and the owner had 2 single kayaks and one paddleboard we were able to use. There is also a ping pong table in the downstairs level which was a lot of fun. The host was quick to respond when I had a quick question and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend"

"The apartment was clean and roomy! Check in was a breeze, and Venus communicated with us excellently. The lake is beautiful! My only complaint would be that the path to the apartment dock was not very well groomed. Other than that everything was great!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at many rentals with wonderful host, but Ron was super special. He reached out about a month in advance to let me know due to drought there was no water and to see what we wanted to do. We weren't coming for the water, we're going to a concert at Clemson. The property was beautiful. The house was plenty big enough and very clean. We stayed on the deck all weekend relaxing, watching TV, and nature. The deer walk right up close to the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ron."
