"Needs to be updated but clean and comfortable. Great location for the Bank of NH Pavilion. Plenty of parking. Will stay there again!!!"

"The resort and rooms are clean. I think it would a great improvement to replace the carpet (just about everywhere) with new flooring. It is an old place which was perfectly maintained over the years with great additions: 2 outside pools, inside pool, spas, etc. It was a great stay. Looking for something far from downtown? This is it. Lakes, wood. Restaurant: good food, recent asian personnel not speaking English much, missed a few of our orders. Pretty nice place with kids and family."

"We had to wait to check into our room as there was noone at the front desk upon our arrival. The motel rooms are pretty basic but clean. They could definitely use an upgrade. Our stay was perfect for the concert that we were attending. I would stay there again for convenience."
