The staff was courteous and professional, the room was clean and roomy but no luggage stand. Too bad the buffet was not available that specific Friday I stayed and the location was an hour MTR ride to central. Only the pillow was too soft to sleep and no microwave inside the room. Great location ( near by MTR skytrain station) and next to 2 restaurant and a convenient store. However its was nice to stay there in Penta and the front desk staff was nice kindly and helpful ☺️. Forget hotel cozi. Book here now! Penta has a lot more space and a strong wifi at about the same price or cheaper. Cozi has nearly inexistent wifi available and has a significantly smaller space.
