Imagine socializing in your personal in ground hot tub while taking in amazing views of the Catalina mountains. Would you believe there is a nature trail through backyard botanical gardens with unique desert plants and flowers? Perhaps you and your guests would prefer sitting next to the beautiful fountain located under two mature palm trees? Enjoy some outdoor exercise by swimming laps in our 40' lap pool. With two master suites each with their own bathrooms, this home is a great choice for two families visiting Tucson together. This Tucson home has old world burnt adobe construction on the outside which has been completely remodeled in 2022 on the inside. The entire interior contains all new furnishings and appliances and features a modern farmhouse theme. This unique home features four bedrooms two of which are well-appointed with King beds, and two of which have Queen beds. The Master Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the EnSuite located on the other side of the house also has a private 3/4 bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share. An air mattresses in the closet allows another 1 or 2 children to sleep in the living room. The home has a large backyard perfect for spending time outdoors with an outdoor living area, outdoor dining area, in ground hot tub, and botanical gardens with a nature trail. The home’s 2 car garage comes complete with a fully stocked bicycle shop. This home comfortably accommodates up to four couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Vista Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located 1 mile away from The Bicycle Ranch which has a weekly Saturday Group Ride that rides up Dove Mountain. For runners and hikers, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is nearby which offers excellent trail running and hiking. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many of Tucson's premier restaurants are nearby, as well. Text as much or as little as you want throughout your stay, we are happy to answer questions about the property and the area to make sure you have a great experience at our home while visiting Tucson! Looking for a home for your wedding/graduation party/celebration of life event? Look no further, we allow events at our homes and have hosted several at this property! Guest Access: Parking on site in large driveway as well as 2 car garage available for guest use. The Neighborhood: Encantada Shopping Center is very close located at Sunrise and Campbell for great shopping and fine dining. Other Things to Note: Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout. We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee This property uses Comcast 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Neflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs. If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance. This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. We were eight adults visiting family in Tucson. There was plenty of space to host family dinners, indoors and outdoors, the hot tub was nice and walking in the neighborhood was great. The kitchen was adequately supplied with pots and pans. There were plenty of wineglasses, and coffee cups. There was even a desk with a docking station for a laptop and extra monitors for those of us who had to do a little work during the week. At the end of the day there were televisions in all the bedrooms in case you need a little downtime. We were able to navigate to many local attractions and fine dining. First time I have been to a property where everything worked!! All the table/floor lamps worked, every bulb everywhere turned on. It was super clean, never found any dirt, dust or stains on stuff. Even the white towels were crisply white, not dingy gray. The outside was immaculate as well, outdoor cushions and patio furniture everywhere. - nothing ripped or dirty. Great stocked kitchen, ample wine glasses!, plates, etc. the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Good to walk. The air conditioning worked so well we never adjusted it and we visited in August. TV's worked easily, The lap pool was refreshing and Welcomed. The spa has a nice waterfall feature that comes on most of the day which is very enjoyable. Can't say enough positive things about this property. The host and property manager were both readily available and attentive. Overall a 10+. ##### Mimi G. Incredibly beautiful and cozy home inside and out. It had everything we needed for a 6 night stay and several larger family gatherings we had to celebrate a special family event. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully warm and the surroundings heavenly. The management responded to all of our needs immediately when we messaged them. The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens for bed, bathrooms, and outdoor use. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of eating and sitting spaces for dining, conversation, and board games. I stayed here with colleagues for a business trip. The home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful backyard. Everything was super clean and the host was always responsive immediately. But the back yard was dirty and the trees were overgrown. I had to sweep the dirt off the patio and get the spider webs off the outdoor furniture.
