The condo is fully stocked with all linens and the kitchen is also fully equipped, making it easy to whip up your favorite meal and then dine al fresco on the back patio as you watch the sunset turn the Catalina's into a colorful show of pink, gold, orange, blue and purple as the bright sunshine filled days of the Sonoran Desert turn into the perfect evening weather. The complex itself has a wide array of amenities as well, including pool and spa, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, and walking trails. You are also close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and some of Tucson's best hiking and biking with Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, and Mt. Lemmon all within walking or easy commuting distance. You are also right by The Greens at Ventana, one of Tucson's best eastside golf courses as well as the 49er's club - another popular eastside course. This condo is also located on the fist floor, making it easy to access and it features designated covered parking. If your looking for an upscale but casual atmosphere that exemplifies the unique experience and culture of the Tucson then you won't get a better view than the View at Ventana Canyon! \* Due to the current state of rental regulations, all reservations booked for 30 days or more are subject to a one month's security deposit and must undergo additional background screening. An application fee of $45 per adult will apply There is unfortunately no fireplace use! Only decorative. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. This was a very comfortable condo and we hated to leave on our last day there. Close to the Lowe’s Ventana resort, and restaurants, and shopping. The view of the Mountains was wonderful from both inside the home and the patio. It is close to nearby stores and restaurants, yet you definitely feel part of the Catalina Hills while there. A Ventana Canyon hiking trail run right behind the condo. My only suggestion would be to have coffee filters available for the Mr. Coffee and Kleenex in the bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and check-in was easy. The only thing potential renters need to know is that this is a downstairs unit and you can definitely hear the noise of people walking around upstairs.We only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust in the corners and under beds...the cleaners definitely took a few shortcuts. It's exactly as described. Great views, very well-stocked kitchen, and a plus to have cable tv included. We had to buy a few supplies, but that would be expected for a longer term stay. Our only suggestion is that an upgrade of beds is needed. It's insulting to confront a plastic cover on a master bed - pillows were thick, uncomfortable foam. Beds, comforters, pillows and bedding should be upgraded for a rental in this price range. ##### Nancy H. Unit was very clean but imo beds could use an update. Both are quite soft and (ahem) squeaky. The fitted sheet on my bed had been washed but had a stain just where I was laying so I changed the bedding. Unit is ground floor so there was quite a bit of noise from family of four that were there for the start of our stay. The View is the best feature of the unit, as is the small porch. The hot tub and pool are very nice and quiet. ##### Katya C. Lots of at home feel, a very well equipped kitchen complimented the rest of the rooms. Easy access to the nature trail and quick access to the city for dining out if desired. The view made up for the coffee filter not being cleaned and having three different colors of mold in it, the weather stripping on the front door needing to be replaced as crickets and small orange scorpion came into the condo, dust and dead bugs along the baseboards, and lack of supplies like garbage bags. Carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement. Many of the metal window blinds are in disrepair. There was a torn screen. The major problem was the two dogs upstairs that barked often and indiscriminately. We were under the impression that dogs weren't allowed. The views from the living room and porch are extraordinary. The kitchen was well supplied and had the little things that help make a stay enjoyable. The unit was well maintained and very comfortable. We did have frustrations with the management of the unit. We did not receive the entry instructions until the day before check-in (after multiple calls requesting this info). There was no paperwork providing house tips and do's and don'ts for the unit. Information and a map of the condo complex would have been useful as well. These are things that Casago can easily remedy and will contribute to a better experience for the visitor. ##### Dennis D.
